Usually rather annoying, but I love this one.
Seven months of CrossFit and eating Paleo. Net weight loss is less than 10lbs, but my strength has skyrocketed, my body composition has completely changed, and I’ve lost about 2-3 pant sizes.
It’s been a long process, but I’m finally getting to where I want to be and I’m damn happy about it.
Stats:
Snatch: 85#
Clean & Jerk: 125#
Back squat: 165#
Deadlift: 225#

Got this ENTIRE fridge full of whole foods at the farmers market today for just under 25 bucks. Whoever said eating healthy is too expensive has obviously never even TRIED. Try feeding 2 people for an entire week eating fast food..and spend less then 25 bucks. Not gonna happen. What on earth should i make first!! *giddyness*

I am in the middle of a 3-4 week set back called finals, melding with the set back of a vacation and changing gyms.
Same with me. lost about a month of training between school, being sick and exams. Back to training hard and eating well soon!
